Delivery

Our delivery and collection service is operated 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays), with delivery island wide.

The minimum order amount for delivery is £10, all major cards are accepted. 
If paying by cheque, please could you write a contact name and telephone number on the reverse side of the cheque.

Any issues arising, please contact Five Seasons as soon as it is convenient and matters can be resolved swiftly and amicably.

The Five Seasons team aim to get your meal to you or ready for you promptly. Generally delivery time from order receipt to the time it gets to your door is 45 minutes.

This time can vary especially at busy times or where you are located on the island. Busier times tend to be Friday & Saturdays, during the occurence of local events, and also due to adverse weather.

Your patience during these times is greatly appreciated.

When your order is received it is sent straight to the kitchen. As soon as your meal has been prepared, it is kept hot until ready for despatch. As soon as the next delivery driver is available, your meal will be dispatched to you, arriving as soon as possible. Upon despatch and during transit your meal is kept warm in hotbags.

For collection customers car parking is available at the front and side of the premises. 

Both St. Saviours Hill and Sunshine Avenue (leading on from La Rue de Patier) lead you to the car park areas.
